Josel Dauz, ND, DACM is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in the state of California. She dreamt of being a pediatrician at a young age and volunteered many hours in the hospital cultivating her passion. During a volunteer trip in New Zealand she was introduced to plants being used as medicine and was fascinated. Then years later, she helped her mom through breast cancer, which eventually led her to naturopathic medicine. As an ND, she is trained in general medicine with special interests in Pediatric wellness: acute and chronic conditions, and Women’s health: hormones, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, cardiovascular and GI Health. She is passionate in finding the root cause and devoted to give her patients comprehensive, individualized and compassionate care. 

Dr. Dauz completed her Naturopathic Doctorate at Bastyr University California and her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. She enjoys merging two perspectives to help further understand her patients condition. Dr. Dauz also obtained A B.S. in Neuroscience and B.S. in Medical Biology at UC Riverside and Post-Baccalaureate at UC Berkeley. She holds certificates in advance training in nutritional IV therapy, regenerative injection therapy (Prolo, PRP), cosmetic acupuncture and Functional Medicine. She continues to be a lifelong student to provide the best care for her patients.

When she’s not in clinic, she finds rejuvenation being with her husband and son, reading, traveling, going outdoors; hiking, camping and snowboarding. A deep passion of hers is international medicine and has volunteered in many underserved communities around the world.
