01. THE AESTHETIC CONSULT
The aesthetic consultation without experienced aesthetic injector Dr. Marilyn Merola is an opportunity to discuss your skin goals and areas of concern. This is also a great time to ask any additional questions you have about dermal fillers and discover which one is right for you.
02. THE XEOMIN/DAXXIFY APPOINTMENT
An initial appointment is 30-45 minutes. Dr. Merola will do a facial assessment and identify the safety zones for injection based on your facial anatomy. A fine needle is used to inject product into the muscles that you would like to temporarily weaken to improve fine lines and wrinkles.
03. THE RESULTS AND MAINTENANCE
Results take up to 14 days to become visible and will last for 3 months. If you decide to go with Daxxify results can last up to 9 months with a 6 month average. Common side effects include headache, swelling at injection sites, and bruising. You’ll be provided with a post-treatment care kit to minimize bruising and encourage healing.

Xeomin (“Zeo-min”) is an FDA-approved, advanced anti-wrinkle injection similar to Botox Cosmetic and Dysport. Its unique manufacturing process sets Xeomin apart, making it a "Smart Toxin." Through a double-filtering method, Xeomin removes unnecessary proteins, leaving only the pure therapeutic component - incobotulinumtoxinA. 02. DAXXIFY
Daxxify is a long-lasting injectable treatment that helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles for a more youthful appearance. The treatment uses a purified botulinum toxin type A protein, similar to Xeomin. What sets Daxxify apart from other wrinkle relaxers is its unique formulation, which includes a peptide that helps extend its effects on treated muscles. This allows for Daxxify to last nearly twice as long as Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau for some patients.

We recommend one treatment every 3 months while actively treating wrinkles. Once the lines have smoothed out to a point where you are happy with the results, then maintenance treatments can be done every 4-6 months.
